Why is the video upload process taking a long time?

Since videos files can be rather large in file size, the upload and conversion process could take a considerate amount of time. This will also vary depending on your internet connection. There's no need to shoot in full HD since the video will need to be converted on the back end before it becomes available for viewing by the instructor.
The recommended webcam settings are:

| 640x480 pixels recommended |
| 500 kbps video bitrate max |
| 128 kbps audio bitrate recommended |
| 44.1 kHz and 16 bit audio sampling rates required |
| 15 frames per second recommended |
